The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake is a 285 home gated development built on the North-east end of Osoyoos Lake. With private beach and marina it is a water-lovers paradise. Enjoy swimming in Canada's warmest lake fronted by a large sandy beach or go to the clubhouse and enjoy 2 pools, hot tubs, fitness center, pickle ball and ping pong.

 

While the homes are exclusive, the price doesn't need to be. Catering largely to multi generational families or friend-group families, most houses will facilitate approximately 10 guests, which can really keep the costs down per person.

 

We offer 3, 4 and 5 bedroom whole homes for your exclusive use as well as upper and lower floor suites.

 

When you're not enjoying the pools, hot tubs, gym, private sandy beach with volleyball and fire pits, pickleball, table tennis and playgrounds, take a walk on meandering paths, enjoy a BBQ'd meal with some Okanagan wine on your home's patio, or have a fire down at the beach.

 

As a company, We have lots of items available to use for your stay, such as floaties, beach items, yard games, baby items and more!

 

Bring the boat! Boat slips are available to rent for your stay.

 

"The Cottages" are located on what is known as the East Bench" where most of the B.C award winning wineries are located! Take in a wine tour or head to the famous District Wine Village with many different wineries all in one place. Enjoy 1,800ft of waterfront with over 500ft of sandy beach, wide night lit walking trails that meander along the meadow to the beach & fire pits. Close to Mount Baldy, if you're a skier & Area 27 Motorsports Park has super fun go carts for the whole family.
